Interim Grant Reports

Previous grant recipient who would like to be considered for subsequent grants, should complete and submit their Interim Grant Report - in addition to a new Application - no later than May 31st. Interim Reports help us to understand how the previously awarded funds were used. If funds are being requested the following year, a new application should be submitted in addition to the Interim Report.

Information not related to the Interim Grant Report will not be reviewed.

PLEASE NOTE

Although the form may allow you to save and submit the report later, to avoid the risk of losing your work due to unforeseen technical issues, we strongly encourage applicants to download the Interim Report Worksheet and use it to prepare and save responses locally, prior to completing and submitting the report in one session.
